EGYPTEX INTERLINING FOR FOOTWEAR
|
Egyptex interlining for footwear is manufactured from 100% polyester fibers which are needled and bonded together to
provide a light but strong material ideally suited for the footwear sector, it has a soft texture making it easy to sew also it has permeable to air and
moisture making it an excellent environment for foot health and comfort, beside it has good abrasion resistance.

The toe puff and counter stiffener are inserted between the leather and lining material for the purpose of stiffness,
shape retention etc. While toe puff is used in front portion, counter stiffener is used in backside of footwear, they also provide good strength and compatibility with
thermoplastic hot melt adhesives thus leading to better shape retention, ability to be molded, flexibility.

A piece of dual coated nonwoven fibers on a woven base that supports the back-part and heel area of the shoe.
Supplied as sheets with the following specifications:
Dimensions = 1000 mm up to 1400 mm
Thickness = 1 up to 2.2 mm
Suitable for any adhesive type.
Optional: Can be supplied as self adhesive

EGYPTEX NONWOVEN TOE PUFF:
|
Similar to stiffener but is coated on one side and is used in the toe area of the shoe that supports the toe area from collapsing.
Supplied as sheets with the following specifications:
Dimensions = 1000 mm up to 1400 mm
Thickness = 0.8 up to 1.8 mm
Suitable for any adhesive type.
Optional: Can be supplied as self adhesive

EGYPTEX NONWOVEN INSOLE:

The inner bottom of the shoe upon which the foot rests absorbs perspiration.
Supplied as sheets with the following specifications:
Dimensions = 1000 mm up to 1400 mm
Thickness = 1.5 up to 3 mm
Produced in various flexibility to suite wide range of footwear applications (children, women, men, sports, army ...etc)
